The program this year will highlight “nuestras estrellas” (our stars), and will feature indigenous leaders, a keynote by Oxnard Mayor Pro Tem Carmen Ramirez and will culminate awarding of annual scholarships for indigenous students pursuing college education. We will finish the night with the Dance of the Diablitos!
