Our BAPAC meetings are on the 2nd Thursday of each month. Meeting starts at 630pm, to be held at the Oxnard Elementary School District Offices, 1051 South A Street, Oxnard, CA 93030 in the Boardroom.

Black American Political Association of California (BAPAC) is a 501(c)(3). non-profit public benefit organized under the Nonprofit Benefit Corporation Law for charitable purposes. The purpose of the Association is to identify, document, and develop the resources necessary to achieve the educational, economic, and cultural goals of African-Americans in the State of California. Furthermore, BAPAC steadfastly develops and maintains an assertive posture in securing the rights of all Americans in California. BAPAC is further authorized to engage in any lawful acts consistent with the stated goals herein, or to pursue any additional objectives which will improve the quality of life of African-Americans.
Our goal is to ensure that the political, social, and economic interests of the Black residents of Ventura County are addressed and to work to secure the civil rights of all Californians “regardless of race, creed, color, or national origin.”
