Final Canvass to Stop Oxnard Oil Wells!

January 16 @ 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

Food & Water Watch (FWW) and Citizens for Responsible Oil and Gas (CFROG) are partnering to demand a full environmental impact study for the proposed expansion of the Cabrillo Oil Field in Oxnard, CA!

The 4 new proposed oil and gas wells will increase air pollution and truck traffic near residents’ homes and within a 2-mile distance of 9 schools, including Oxnard College!

Oxnard’s community (85% people of color) is already burdened with the over-use of chemicals, pesticides, and increased air pollution!

No Study, No More Oil and Gas Wells!

Join us to canvass as we talk to community members about this project and help turnout people for the Dec 5th Board of Supervisors meeting, where they will decide to approve the wells or not!

Meet-Up: 9:45am | CAUSEs Centro Mujer: 4225 Saviers Rd., Oxnard

Come anytime between 9:45am-4pm to get setup and canvass as long as you want or can!
