This is your chance to stand up for justice and mercy. Our presence, our circle of concern, can make the difference between family separation and this couple’s life here with their children and grandchildren.
In the past, ICE check-ins were often routine. A “Stay of Removal” on humanitarian grounds was available. Now, under Trump, every contact with ICE puts an immigrant at risk of detention or immediate deportation. Families are being separated. In the Pastor’s case, he and his wife have been receiving a Stay for many years. The original deportation order the couple received came after an unscrupulous notary filed a bogus application for them. This application resulted in a judge’s Order of Removal (deportation). Now the couple is fighting to remain here to continue their ministry and care for their family.
If anyone is interested in supporting the Oxnard pastors in danger of deportation (next action the morning of March 21), they need to attend the preparatory training this Thursday 3/15, 7:15 at Iglesia para las Naciones, 249 S. Roosevelt Ave. at 3rd St, Oxnard 93033.

Important disclaimers: This calendar is currently maintained by only a few individuals, and the events listed are generally based on what we have been able to gather off the internet. It is strongly recommended that you contact the individual organizations to confirm that details of their events (date, time, location, etc.) are correct before attending.
We make every effort to update the calendar weekly, but given our time constraints, this doesn’t always happen. If you want to help out in any way, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Thanks!
